Seeing the endless hate statements placed concerning this movie before mine, I clearly does not try to glorify the war in Iraq. It seeks to show a different perspective that hasn't really been shown before (chaplains are typically after thought and minimal characters in military movies. From what little the trailer shows, it does appear the accurately depict the struggles of a unit chaplain. Understand that chaplain, a single person, is in charge of the mental and spiritual welfare of ALL the Soldiers within his unit. In a standard battalion, that is hundreds of personnel (to include any civilian attaches. It is a huge responsibility to say the least. YES, this is CLEARLY a CHRISTIAN movie. It is a story of faith and working through the difficulties of marriage. Marriage is hard enough without being deployed to war and it is extremely difficult to keep a marriage together in the military. I look forward to seeing this movie.
What is the soundtrack of this movie. So cute, using god as a justification for organized murder. cowardliness in it's purest form. we should be talking about how the military and cia failed in the first place, then we can talk about how they are still failing us.
